NORTH PARK INN AND SUITES POLICIES

1. The North Park Inn and Suites is not responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY: A 48 hr notice (by 3pm MST) must be given for all cancellations or no refund can be provided. Your card will be charged 2 days prior to check-in. 3-4 rooms = 72 hr notice, 5-6 rooms = 7 day notice, 7-9 rooms = 14 day notice, 10+ rooms = 30 day notice. Cabins #30 & #31 = 7 day notice. Reservations October 15th-November 28th = 30 day notice.

3. PETS: All pets must be disclosed and a pet policy signed. If a pet is found in a room without prior disclosure and a signed pet policy you will be charged $250+tax.

4. NON-SMOKING: All rooms are 100% Smoke-Free, including marijuana. If your room smells like smoke or marijuana you will be charged $250+tax.

5. Any damage to a room, including linens, will incur a replacement cost charged to your card on file.

6. Kitchenettes: ANY Dirty dishes left after checkout will incur a $25 cleaning fee.

7.Windows left open when it is 40 degrees or colder outside will incur an additional $25 + tax/day charge to the credit card on file.

8. Chargeback for any part of your stay, damages, or additional charges will result in an additional $250 fee and be sent to collections.

9. Parking: Parking spaces are not dedicated to any room and are on a first come first served basis.

10. I agree to pay a 3% convenience charge for any payments not made with cash.
