NORTH PARK INN AND SUITES POLICIES

1. The North Park Inn and Suites is not responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY: A minimum 48 hr notice (by 3pm MST) must be given for cancellations or no refund can be provided. Cancellations for cabins #30 & #31 require a 7 day notice. All reservations for hunting rifle seasons require a 30 day cancellation notice and a 5 night minimum stay. Your card will be charged the day before check-in except during rifle seasons when the reservation will be charged 30 days in advance. Groups are subject to exceptions.

3. PETS: Pets are only allowed in rooms 12-30. All pets must be disclosed and a pet policy signed. If a pet is found in a room without prior disclosure and a signed pet policy, or in a non-designated pet room, you will be charged $250+tax.

4. NON-SMOKING: All rooms are 100% Smoke-Free, including marijuana. If your room smells like smoke or marijuana you will be charged $250+tax.

5. Any damage to a room, including linens, will incur a replacement cost charged to your card on file.

6. Kitchenettes: Any dirty dishes left after checkout will incur a $25 cleaning fee.

7. Windows left open when it is 40 degrees or colder outside will incur an additional $25 + tax/day charge to the credit card on file.

8. Use of external electrical plugs for diesels, trailers, etc, is $5 per night per vehicle.

9. Chargeback for any part of your stay, damages, or additional charges will result in an additional $250 fee and be sent to collections.

10. Parking: Parking spaces are not dedicated to any room and are on a first come first served basis. Any vehicles not properly checked-in and parked properly in designated parking spaces will be towed at owners expense.

12. I agree to pay a 3% convenience charge for any payments not made with cash.
